Window views to central park and city from high floors level ( above 15) Interior design, and strategic location

The room size is too small and wall is not properly sound proof with next door. Need to pay deposit extra for the 2nd room card access

Please upgrade wifi in B1 area (sitting area near lift). it would be good to upgrade the menu & sitting area in restaurant. i never ate breakfast at restaurant during my stay, too packed & not interest with the menu.

Only 100m from main atraction area,simpang lima. The view from my room was beautiful.

Lift for hotel was at downstair. The linen,face towel need to be replaced. Found some insect in the room.

the location was great, as its close to simpang lima which is the great place for tourist to spend their day. room was also spacious for a family with 1 kids.

The tv reception was poor. Everything else worked fine. Breakfast was very average.

The rooftop pool was absolutely insane. Infinity pool looking over Semarang's most famous Simpang Lima. The room also had views of Semarang's most famous Simpang Lima which was great. Definitely in a prime position.

The carpet was really dirty, the lift key didn't always work and the walls were paper thin. There was a small child staying in the room next to us and we could hear them all night. At one point I thought it was my daughter but it wasn't. We had to call hoes keeping a few times to come back and do things that they missed i.e. they didn't vacuum when we checked in and there were crumbs everywhere. Not meaning to sound picky but the last thing I want is my daughter crawling on the floor with other peoples left over food.

The rooms are modern, spacious, nice bed, refrigerator in the room and the swimming pool on the 23rd floor. Central location.

There were a lot of little bugs found in my room and had to ask for a room change myself. No apologies for this matter. In the other room the shower got floated.

I just like the pool

I don't like the location not easy to drive there, food very poor look like leftover food wasn't look fresh and no much choices. Same food every days.

The rooms are nice and the swimming pool is amazing. Location is good if you want to visit different parts of Semarang.

The breakfast was really below standards expected. Both the Indonesian/asian dishes as the 'Western' style where not recommended.

The service was slow, esp when I asked the staff to change the pillow and deliver mineral water. There was no specific phone directory in the hotel room so I called the operator instead. This might slow down the service speed.

The pictures shown in the website from booking.com was not real. The lobby and elevator was warm (no AC), you have to walk down the stairs for the elevator to your room. You should have shown your real pictures in the website.

Location is good in Simpang lima. However, there are many hotels in the vicinity The infinity swimming pool at the top of the hotel with view of the city is a plus point

I was not aware that the site would impose a deposit for card key, which is unusual. This SHALL BE MENTIONED IN their webpage. Towels in the room are quite old, need replacement. Only one coffee and tea sachet pack in each room. Apparently a very thrifty kind of service (although the rate was not in the cheap side, compared to other hotels in the class. Although we came at 2 pm, the rooms were not ready. We had to wait to get them cleaned and checked. Although not very long, the waiting time was making a negative point as one of us was not in a good health The lift was far behind the hotel, half the leeldown (sub basement level) and we have to go down half storey with bags. There is a concierge willingly send the bag to our rooms, but who want to wait for the bags to come when one of our family member is not in a good health. So the elevator access to the room is far from convenient

The location is excellent. The rooms are clean. Amenities were ok.

Registration was a very slow response and not convenient. The parking lot was too small for room number. The hotel only has 2 elevators with no service elevator, so guests have to switch elevators with hotel staff and their kinds of stuff. I have to wait almost 20 minutes from the lobby to my room and 30 minutes from my room to the lobby. Since only 1 elevator can use by guests. Very wasting time.
